What is your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. www.huaruishoes.com offers customers the facility for exchanging goods,or obtaining a refund, which is in addition to your legal rights. All we ask is that the goods are unworn; thatyou provide suitable proof of purchase, and that the goods are returned in their original packaging to www.huaruishoes.com within 28 days of receipt.
How long will it take to refund/exchange my order if I return goods via the post?
Once your goods have been accepted your exchange or refund will be completed within 10 working days.
If you require an exchange this will be done for you providing stock is available. As a gesture of goodwill, we do not charge postage for sending the exchange item(s).
What should I do if the Goodss are faulty?
We personally check every item prior to dispatch, so you should never receive a faulty Goods. If however there is a problem, it is convenient for you to search on our website, please take the item(s) tothem, along with suitable proof of purchase, and a member of our sales team will be happy to help you.
